Standard Ad-Hoc support is £65.00ex per hour, chargeable in 15minute blocks. If it only takes 30 minutes to fix, we only charge for 30 minutes work. There is no charge for travel and no callout charge. You simply pay for the time it takes to fix the issue.

PrePay Support delivers I.T. support, bundled with a range of other I.T. services at a lower cost than ad-hoc support. We have developed and refined the packages over the last 24 months in conjunction with some of our larger clients and this has now proved to be the most popular relationship our clients want.
Much like a top up service, you simply choose the number of hours to pre-purchase. Bundles of hours available are 10, 25, 50 and 100. The more hours you purchase, the cheaper the hourly rate. Hours can be used at any time and for whatever purpose, i.e. support, training, design or building a new PC.
Plus, with the prepay model, clients have unlimited access to our helpdesk, our support knowledge base as well as providing access to our subscription based services including hardware monitoring, remote access monitoring, inventory control and remote desktop support anywhere in the world.
